The Fine Print.

Your promotional vacation is being offered by Preferred Guest Resorts on behalf of Sponsor Resort and Rental Companies including but not limited to Global Discovery Vacations, Exploria Resorts, Calypso Cay Resort, RiverPointe Resort and Breezes Private Residence Club at Pacifico.

What to Expect.

An Orlando, FL promotional vacation offer includes standard hotel accommodations for four people sharing the same accommodations at one of our preferred hotel partner properties such as Rosen Hotels and Resorts, Clarion and Country Inn. The exact location is determined at time of booking confirmation and is based on availability. You will be responsible for any incidental expenses such as transportation, meals, activities, resort fees and a $15 per night reservation guarantee to cover taxes and processing fees. If your vacation package includes a cruise stay, please be advised that we do require a 60-day advance notice to travel. Should you request dates under the required 60-day advance notice, additional fees may apply.

There are no blackout dates in Orlando. However, rooms are provided in the order they are reserved. Peak travel dates near nationally recognized holidays and special events, such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring Break and the Daytona 500 may be subject to a surcharge due to high demand. We recommend you book these at least 90 days in advance. Alternative accommodations may be available upon request. Please check with customer service for specific date details. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Additional room nights, accommodation upgrades and more may be purchased at the time of booking.

Eligibility.

This offer is not valid if you reside in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Polk, Lake, Brevard, or Volusia county and is designed for married households, couples and families traveling together for recreational and vacation purposes. Guests must be at least 25 years of age with a major credit card to qualify for the rental car, attraction or rebate offers. Guests must be gainfully employed with income of at least $40,000 per year at the time of travel. This offer is not valid if you have taken a promotional tour at any resort location within 6 months. Your spouse, if married, and all adult traveling companions must speak English or Spanish and attend and complete the presentation together. Guests must present a valid US ID upon arrival. Please be advised that IDs must match spouse or cohabitating partner and our address stored on file.

Guests will be responsible for any additional expenses such as transportation, meals, activities, resort fees, plus a $15 per night reservation guarantee to cover taxes and processing fees. Single males, families travelling on more than one package and groups who do not meet the qualifications above may still travel on an alternate plan and should contact us at 800-656-2780 or stay@preferredguestresorts.com.

Please note, this promotional offer is contingent on your presence at a 90-minute promotional sales presentation provided by the sponsor of each destination. Tour dates and times are at the discretion of the sponsoring resorts. If you do not attend your sales presentation, the sponsor will be unable to provide the gift and the credit card on file will be charged a no-show fee starting at $75 per night, at the time of your stay

Rescheduling or Cancellation.

For your convenience, your travel arrangements can be made within 12 months of purchase date as long as the request is made more than 14 days prior to your date of arrival. Please be advised that any change or cancellation 8-14 days prior to arrival may be subjected to a $75.00 non-refundable fee. Any change or cancellation within 7 days of arrival could be subjected to a fee ranging from $129.00 -$209.00 per night predicated on your specific hotel selection. The promotional hotel offer is fully transferable for $25 under same terms and conditions and is non-refundable 30 days after the purchase date.

Should you need to make any changes or cancellations to the cruise portion of your trip (if included in your vacation package), please be advised that once we have secured your cabin, any modifications or cancellations will incur the following charges:
0-6 days prior to arrival, no refunds or modifications will be permitted.
7-30 days prior to arrival, $100 per person, plus $35.00 administrative fee per cabin.
31+ days prior to arrival, $50 per person, plus $35.00 administrative fee per cabin.
